description.abstract	オープンアクセスを実現する戦略の一つとして位置づけられているオープンアクセスジャーナルの現状を調査した。その結果，査読制を持つオープンアクセスジャーナルとは，一般的に，１）大学・研究機関や学協会によって，２）2000 年以降，３）英米に加えてアジアや南米諸国で刊行された，４）主に自然科学分野の学術雑誌であるということがわかった。
